Located in Suqian, Jiangsu Province, China, our valve manufacturing facility operates at the heart of a rapidly developing industrial region. Designed with efficiency and consistency in mind, the factory is built around highly automated production lines, covering critical processes from material forming and heat treatment to precision machining and inspection.
With a well-established manufacturing system and continuously optimized workflows, our annual production capacity reaches up to 10 million engine valves, enabling us to support both OEM programs and global aftermarket demands with long-term reliability. Here, manufacturing is not just about output, but about discipline, repeatability, and attention to details that are often unseen. With a comprehensive range of tappet types and specifications, we are able to support diverse engine platforms and valvetrain configurations with precision and flexibility.
Designed for series production and repeatability, the factory delivers an annual output exceeding 10 million valve tappets, ensuring reliable supply throughout project development, ramp-up and mass production phases. Manufacturing processes are aligned with OEM quality expectations, with strict control over critical dimensions, surface treatments and in-process inspections.
Rather than focusing on specifications alone, we emphasize real-world performance and durability. For OEM programs, a tappet is not just a component, but a precision interface within the valvetrain system.
